Helen is amazing. She was completely on top of the game 100% the entire 4 months we spent together. I could not have done this process without her. Dan was also extremely helpful! Every other mortgage company tried to give me a terrible loan. Dan found an amazing option that really worked for me and did everything he could! So I would recommend this duo for any home purchase!

I've never dealt with a realtor at all before my interactions with Helen Christensen, but I will say that she set a bar which will likely not be exceeded. Her level of detail, knowledge, experience, professionalism, patience and "human touch" that she brought to her interactions with us were truly second-to-none. I genuinely don't have an adequate vocabulary to describe the level of appreciation I have for her and the manner in which she was able to guide us down this path - from day one of this very lengthy process.

Helen Christensen is an amazing agent, she helped me find contractors and inspectors and helped with tons of other stuff outside of the basics of a sales transaction. She is also very patient as my purchase was a 1031 exchange, it became slightly complicated and took an unusually long time to close. She also aided me after closing to tie up loose ends related to the buyer and the title agency. Coldwell Banker in itself is a great agency, I feel their global real estate resources are unparalleled if you are purchasing property in multiple locations, in your state, across the country, or around the world.
