Jack was approachable, honest, consistent hard-working, and dedicated to finding a home that I would love. I fired a previous realtor because my needs were not being met. I posted online looking for a new realtor and multiple people recommended Jack. Six days after meeting Jack, I found a home that I absolutely loved and I closed on it a month later. He’s incredible!

Coldwell Banker Legacy and Jack Jenkins made my transaction easy. Jack was available every time I had any questions. I am a first time home buyer, and Jack made it easy. He sent me listings on a regular basis, I would put a list together and call him with the 2-4 houses I would like to see during the following weekend, and he always had an open time to get the showings in. Once I found the home for me, he prepared the documents requesting all I wanted in the sale. He always kept me informed and sent me documents on a timely basis for my review and approval.
