I thought both Janie and her partner Kristi Ingle, worked very hard to present my home well and get the word out far and wide that it was a quality home coming on the market. They believed in their work and their enthusiasm resulted in a quick sale for over-asking.

This is my only experience with Coldwell Banker and it has been truly outstanding. That has been based on Janie and Krist’s professional performance. If their performance is indicative of all Coldwell Banker’s representatives it is a company truly focused on customers. Janie has done everything possible to make the purchase of our house, something that could be stressful and difficult into a painless and enjoyable experience. I could not have asked for someone more professional and totally focused on us through out the total process. Based on this experience I will use Coldwell Banker to sell our home.

Janie was knowledgeable about the market, professional in every way, and went out of her way to be helpful. Additionally, we had some special circumstances related to the sale, being a non-profit organization that was selling a house. She went out of her way to shepherd the process step-by-step, learning our organization's rules and by-laws and how they related to the sale. Highly recommend!

Janie Rowe is fantastic! She is knowledgeable, helpful, innovative. We had a rental house we wanted to sell. It turned out that we were going to have to put a lot more money into it than we thought or could manage, but Janie had great ideas and found us a buyer for the house as it was. She was always encouraging and honest with information. She's also just a super nice person! And she bakes yummy choc chip cookies!
