Selling a home is stressful under the best of circumstances. For me, it happened during one of the most difficult and chaotic periods of my life, and I genuinely don't know what I would have done without Jason & Bree. From day one, they went far beyond what anyone would reasonably expect from realtors. After I had to abruptly leave the state, they stepped in and handled countless challenges on my behalf. From coordinating repairs, cleanup, & packing/moving, to tracking down important mortgage and solar panel information, they continued to solve problem after problem that seemed impossible for me to handle from hundreds of miles away. What impressed me most was their honesty and professionalism. They took the time to explain every option available to me. At every step, they made sure I understood the pros and cons so I could make informed decisions without pressure. The level of faith, kindness, and support they provided is something I will never forget. I am fortunate to call them friends. Their dedication, integrity, and commitment are exactly the qualities anyone would want in a real estate team. They didn't just help me sell a house—they gave me peace of mind when my life was overwhelming and made sure my home sale and transition were the last things I had to worry about. I am beyond grateful for everything they did and cannot recommend them highly enough. We used the services of Jason and Bree to sell a house and purchase another house. Their expertise in helping us prepare our house, market our house, and close the sale was nothing short of outstanding. Their assistance in buying another house was also outstanding. We provided them with a list of our requirements and preferences and they quickly found a house that matched our desires. They were extremely diligent in getting everything needed to get us to closing. They never pushed us to compromise in either transaction. I had already heard that Jason was an awesome realtor because he helped both my granddaughters buy their first houses, and he helped my granddaughter's new husband sell his house. So he came highly recommended, and I didn't consider hiring any other realtor when it came time to sell my condo. He exceeded my expectations! He read the market correctly and thus helped us to price the condo just right, He was quick to communicate with us during the entire process, and saved us a lot of trouble by negotiating skillfully with the buyer. We were able to close in record time at a price that exceeded our asking price. I would happily recommend Jason to any buyer or seller looking for a realtor.
