It is obvious that John was emotionally invested in the outcome. He displayed excellent attention to detail, was an excellent communicator and kept us informed at every stage of the process. The marketing for the property was very professional and appealing. I would very highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell or by property. I am quite certain that you will not be disappointed.

Coldwell Banker Legacy and John Udoni sold our home on the first day that it was offered. John Udoni guided us through the process, paperwork and getting our home to the best condition and staged for the best presentation possible!! We would and have recommend John Udoni at Coldwell Banker Legacy to our friends and family!! We also recommend John to anyone we happen to talk to, that is considering buying or selling their home!!!!

We are a bit disappointed responding to your requests for comments relating to John Udoni and your agency. We really intended to write a personal letter of appreciation complementing & thanking John for his efforts.
Concerning comments about your agency, we had little interface except through John - but if your other realtors/agents are in any way similar to John, we would highly recommend your agency.
Concerning John, we do not have words to express our satisfaction and appreciation. It's not the fact that he sold our property (as if it wasn't sold we would have surely signed up for an extension), it's the fact that John exceeded all expectations relating to his continual feedback, his obvious awareness of the market situation, his demeanor and the confidence he bestowed that he was totally looking out for our interests.
We feel blessed that we had the opportunity to get to know & work with John.
