I'm here to leave a stellar review for Coldwell Banker Legacy's Kenneth Green. Ken came highly recommended as a real estate agent from a close friend of ours. As it turned out, my wife and I were very fortunate to have Ken guide the two of us (both first-time home buyers from out-of-state in our late 60s) through the lengthy process. He made the often overwhelming enterprise of searching for and purchasing a home much more palatable for us. Ken's infinite patience and good cheer...and especially his knowledge of the housing market in and around Albuquerque...is first rate. And we could not have navigated the market as adroitly without his procedural guidance, either. From our first steps through the closing, Ken (and his assistant DeAnna) were with us every step of the way, guiding us and making helpful suggestions, always carefully attuned to our needs and always available to answer our questions. All while working with inspectors on our behalf, with our mortgage lender (Chase Bank in NYC), and with various title company personnel. Not to mention: spending so much time on so many days to meet with us, as we looked at one home after another before finally deciding on a good home. We'd recommend Ken Green of Coldwell Banker Legacy to anyone. My wife and I were lucky to have him in our corner.
