What a great experience working with Sandi and Kimberly and team! When Sandi says they will take care of everything she truly means it. Selling my sister’s s home was a quick process that flowed from listing to offer to estate sale to close without a hitch. I would highly recommend Sandi’s team!

We had many delays and problems getting our house ready for listing and the team was patient and helpful with us. When we finally were ready for listing, the team leaped into action and we were listed in a couple of days with an open house scheduled two days later, complete with an air dancer. We accepted a bid 60 hours later. Things then got complicated but our listing to closing manager, Alethea, got us through. We made it! Thank you everyone! Rock and Deborah Tope

Everything! This is a full service team and a team that really does care about you as their client. Living out of state and trying to sell my parents home, I needed someone to help me with every step, from suggesting a house cleaner, carpet cleaner, window cleaner to getting documents signed and notarized out of state. THIS TEAM, and I do mean TEAM, helped me with everything. The house sold first day on the market (9 offers) and closed 15 days later. I truly cannot say enough good things about this amazing team of people. I would recommend them to everyone I know. Blessed beyond words!
