We cannot say enough amazing things about Liz! She was absolutely incredible to work with from start to finish and truly went above and beyond for my husband and me. We actually first started looking at homes with Liz about two years ago. At the time, we didn’t find anything that felt right, so we decided to pause our search. Fast forward to about four weeks ago, when we found a home that we absolutely loved. We reached out to Liz, and she immediately jumped into action, got us a showing, and helped us put in an offer right away. We got the house, and just three weeks later, we were officially closed and homeowners! Throughout the entire process, Liz was incredibly organized, responsive, knowledgeable, and supportive. She made everything feel seamless and was always available to answer our questions, no matter how big or small. Even now that we have closed, she continues to respond almost instantly whenever we reach out. Liz is truly a joy to work with. Her energy is contagious, she genuinely cares about her clients, and you can tell how much pride she takes in what she does. We are so grateful she was there to help us find our dream home and make the entire experience such a positive one. We’ve been lucky to work with Liz Russo on several real estate transactions over the past few years now and she is, hands down, the best agent and professional we have ever worked with. Her accessibility and communication is the best there is, and she is amazing at getting answers and information back to us at lightning speed. She’s excellent at working through complex situations with other agents (specifically repair requests and counteroffers with seller’ agents, which is not an easy task). She’s fearless and dedicated to making sure her client’s best interest are at the forefront of all the work she does. She has a radiant personality, so she’s really fun to do showings with and is the best partner to assist in finding the right houses to match our needs.
