She was wonderful. Super professional and friendly. She made sure that we were updated on any and all aspects of selling our old house and our new house. We worked with Mary on buying our old house and would have not used anyone else for our new house!

Marry is a wonderful person and a great realtor. After I got a hold of her she when right to work. She came to our house the next day to talk about the entire process. She took us from A to Z covering everything. She is very knowledgeable and has a great since of Humor. Once we had the house ready she came back again and went room by room and then the outside. She knows what right looks like. We followed her advice on everything. She came back just prior to the first showing and said the house looked wonderful. Marry kept us up to date on everything throughout the entire process. The house sold in six days and I give her the credit teaching and mentoring us. Once we started all of the paperwork she made sure we knew what was going on. It was a stressful time with sending and receiving information but, nothing got by Marry. Marry was also in contact with the buyers realtor for questions they had for us. At the end everything was great and is was a great experience. I would recommend Mary to anyone she is a true super star.

My only contact is with Mary Spensley. She is a dream person to work with! She has sold two of my properties over the past 8 years. She provides me with prompt and thorough pictures & data of "comps" in the area. She guides me to find the highest asking price and, in both cases, found a buyer who paid the list price. Plus, she is delightful personally and we end up laughing at the end of each of our meetings.

Mary explained the process in depth when we started. She answered all of our questions and is an excellent communicator. We also felt she really went to bat for us to get us the best price for our house as well as trying to minimize the sometimes added expenses that come along with the sale of a house. We were impressed with her knowledge and the service people she knew that we used in order to accommodate the buyer's to-do list that we mutually agreed upon. In addition, Mary is has a warm and inviting personality that kept us grounded during a time that can be stressful for sellers. We highly recommend her!
