Matt was honest and direct about the process as I began prepping the house for the market - telling me what work the house needed to maximize the selling price. They got me top dollar at closing and dealt with some last minute nonsense from the buyer's agent. They made the process as smooth and drama free as possible. There are good real estate agents, and then there are great real estate agents ... and then there's Matt DeAveiro. If you are navigating the complexities of selling or buying a home in the Albuquerque metro area, you want -- you need -- someone like Mr. DeAveiro on your side. Matt spent months showing us homes, always advising us not to settle. He is expert not only in the potential problems one might encounter with respect to particular eras of development, particular architectural designs and particular neighborhoods, he personally knows the contractors who can fix these issues, and is able to ballpark their costs. He not only understood our need for freedom in choosing a lender, he actively helped us vet competing loan offers.
