Michael Dunn was my realtor and was extremely knowledgeable, qualified, and incredibly helpful!! I'm a new homebuyer and was pretty intimidated by the whole process. However, Mike was so helpful and responsive. I never felt like I was missing out on anything; I always felt like I was in good hands and getting the best possible deal I could get. It was more like working with a friend who always has your back! I truly appreciate all the work he did for me. If I'm ever in the position to buy or sell again I absolutely won't use anyone else. Michael was very helpful and provided insight throughout the entire process of searching for an existing home and then shifting over to the new construction home process. Michael was very flexible in meeting with the builders throughout the various phases, advocated for me with the builders, and provided valuable insight to the dynamic process in the home purchasing process. It was a great pleasure to work with Michael throughout the past 18 months. His responses were very timely and was very supportive when I felt difficulties with lending and several delays from the builder. I appreciate his assistance, persistence, and patience throughout.
