Patti is very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. She kept in constant contact with us even though we had relocated to Texas before the house went onto the market. Her efforts managed to glean two offers before the house went onto the market. With her help we were able complete the entire process from initial listing to final closing in a total of 36 days. We would highly recommend Patti and Coldwell Bankers to anyone. Thanks for excellent service!!

Patti was amazing. Made sure this sale did not fall through. And found me a better lender than I had first started with.

I was extremely satisfied with Patti and all she did in assisting me in selling my home. I truly enjoyed working with her and I will say not only did she earn my trust, but I feel I made a lifelong friend in the process. Thank you Patti for all you've done and I wish you the best in any endeavor which crosses your path. You (CBLegacy) have a valuable asset in Mrs Patti Morrison don't let her go because I'll snatch her up to work with me quicker than you can say "Where's Patti?". I mean that. She's an asset to your company.
