Patty is great she went out of her way to make sure we were happy with selling my mom’s home she had lived in for over 40 yeas. Patty also helped me buy my house 5 or so years ago. provided a lot of listings although not always the same ones that I was looking at through Zillow. Patty is very personable and was always a contact that I could reach out to when I needed assistance with directions, explanations, resources, etc. We did have a little trouble pulling off the closing but that was due to the timing of my arrival for the walk-thru. Perhaps we should have known that doing that without Patty there the first time would lead to some unresolved issues which delayed the closing time briefly. Still, I got the house I dreamed of and that was my most important requirement.

Patty Culp was integral in our success in purchasing a home from out of state. She changed her schedule around last minute just so we could have a video tour of a house before offers were due. Every part of the home purchase was done long distance though phone calls, texts and emails. Without her hard work, expertise and negotiating skills, we would be living in an apartment instead of owning a home.
