Rene is absolutely amazing! I recently had to move out of state and ended up having to sell my house while I was not there. She handled all aspects of caring for my house and made sure that she or a member of her team were available whenever needed. She truly cared about my house and situation and I was so grateful for everything she did. We had offers on the very first day and she walked me through everything with ease. Only thing I can say is you don't have to look any where else for a realtor because this is the best you'll ever find!

Rene Kessel is a wonderfully competent and caring realtor. Her efforts to accommodate my needs can be described in terms such as 'unparalleled' and 'par excellence'. She relieved so much stress by arranging necessary preparations for the sale of my home. Since I was moving to another state, it would have been impossible for me to personally handle these accommodations. As a direct result of her help, the home sold right away for a higher price than anticipated. I would recommend her to anyone.

1. Ms Kessel respectfully listened to my concerns and patiently answered them. This fact alone encouraged me to continue to pursue my house. I know of realtors that judge their clients, bully them with their opinions and then, try to rush them through the steps of a home purchase. 2. Ms Kessel was available for the various contractors that I called after the initial inspection was performed. In one instance she even discovered a water leak that a plumber overlooked. I admire Ms Kessel’s attention to detail 3. Ms Kessel continues to help me make adjustments in my new home by providing contacts for support.

We could not have been better cared for and guided in selling a home over 1,000 miles away. Rene and her assistant Kym went over all expectations through their careful detail and management of improvements needed to ensure a positive sale. They were diligent in having the home shown properly, maintaining conversations with interested parties and all steps necessary to get to the closing. We truly had no idea such a great duo could exist!

Her communication skills are superb, and she is a committed provider from start to finish.
