Her experience, understanding of the market and negotiation skills were invaluable. She provided exceptional service, was professional, but also trustworthy and personable. I honestly felt like I was going through this process with a friend. Even though my home needed a bit of work, I got an offer within 24 hours and closed the deal in a few short weeks. My agent made herself available whenever I had a question or needed advise, communicated quickly and effectively and was much more helpful than she had to be. Sally was efficient always available for any and all questions that we had. When searching for homes for us to look at she kept in mind what we wanted and the floor plan type. She did thorough inspections in all homes that we were looking at from looking at the foundation, cracks in the walls etc. She was not pushy in selling us just any home. She made sure it was exactly what we wanted.
