Sandie and her team are very Knowledable from decades of experiance in the Albuquerque market. The team operates seamlessly behind the sceene for the client. Results are telling, sold the house in 8 hours for siginficant dollars over initial offering. When we closed the buyer had a hiccup with financing. They birddoged the process and the buying broker until ithe property finally closed. As she says, Sandie does it again! ". Can't go wrong with Sandie and Team on your side.
