Susan is very helpful for first time home buyers! She did a great job teaching me and my fiancée how to evaluate a house and walked us through every step of the purchasing process. She pointed out flaws in houses that a less experienced realtor would miss and had great connections with inspectors, bankers, and title offices. We could not have bought a house without her support!

Most importantly Susan did not push me to have my dad’s house ready to sell before I was ready. She anticipated and had solutions for every roadblock that could have stalled the selling of the house. She fought for us and had 5 bona fide offers, 3 significantly higher than the asking price. She took the time to explain every step, especially understanding the strengths of each offer. I will use her again when needed and have already given her name as a reference.

Susan is very organized, communicative, and proactive. She gave us careful, attentive advice and advocated for us when the buyers agents requests were unreasonable. When specialists had to be called in for electrical and pain work, Susan was right there with a recommendation, and then there again to verify the work was complete. In short, we couldn't recommend Susan more enthusiastically.
