Whether you are selling or buying a home (which I was doing both) the process can be very intimidating and overwhelming. Since the moment Vance Kabella walked into my home, he made me feel safe about the process. His communication was outstanding; always keeping me abreast of what was happening next, never leaving me to guess. He went out to bat for me, and I was able to get the home I wanted. He was professional as well as personable. As a client, you want to rely on someone who is knowledgeable but also someone who helps you make decisions in a very caring matter; because your needs matter to them. Vance was absolutely amazing. As a nonprofit organization, we never want to close a Post home. When the time came, we went through a full bidding process, as required by our Council. Vance was the only one who confidently stated he could sell the building quickly so we wouldn’t have to continue paying utilities on the property. True to his word, the building was on the market for just one week, and we were closed in less than a month. He kept our POC informed at all times, and they worked extremely well together to move everything along smoothly. Thank you, Vance, for all your hard work and dedication! You truly helped us through a difficult process with professionalism and speed.

What is there not to say!! I just absolutely love Vance he went above and beyond for us when buying the perfect lake home. He made the process so simple and fun not your typical realtor never pushy always listened to what I wanted and went to bat when it was time. The entire process took 15 days from list to offer acceptance. From accepted offer to close took 16!!!! Days. The ease with Vance the communication make this entire process with multiple speeds numbs we will closed from list to close in 31 days! Just further proof of this man’s talent.
