Vanessa Smith kept me up to date on everything! As a first time home buyer being very young I had no idea about purchasing a home. Vanessa Smith was absolutely fantastic!! We could not have asked for a more thorough, detailed, punctual and customer oriented professional. She was so transparent, available and always connected with us, it made the entire process so very easy. My wife and I are very thankful and humbled for all that Vanessa did for us, she is definitely a shining star. She helped us buy a new home and sell our old home simultaneously.
