The customer service was excellent. During the nor’easter I placed an order for a little bell for my granddaughter letting them know I had to pick it up that Saturday. They called 3 suppliers and got it in within 2 days. They were so great and accommodating and did it with a smile! Can’t imagine how great the service would be if I spent $2000 on a bike if it was so great for a $20 bell!
