Respectful attention to each person, no matter if they are apparently an experienced cyclist or not. Bike techs that often explain what and why and options (again, without assuming I don't know, but explains thoroughly), and propose affordable fixes.

Was greeted and directed where to go when I brought in my bike for repair, and I am pleased with the result. The process of finding out what I needed was seamless, and the quote was fair. Having spaces dedicated to maintaining and catering to bikes will become essential in the coming years, and getting familiar with them is my goal. Looking forward to future visits.

Staff is extremely helpful, accommodating and knowledgeable. They were able to assess and come up with a fix for my bike. They gave me an accurate timeline and notified me when my bike was done. So far the bike runs normally!!
