I like the pool amenities and the staff. Plus Lori is the best instructor ever! Her spin bike class and bodypump class give good workouts. The only reason why I've given a 9 not a ten is I wish that with the basic membership that I had access to one week registration for class and access to the occasional VTL class. I know that is currently an extra cost perk but just would be nice as part of the basic cost. I have no complaints though overall great gym! - Henry Tate Adams

In-Shape has something for everyone. There are group workouts, personal trainers or you can work independently. They have both indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a saunas, steam rooms and a play area for children. The staff is friendly and helpful and the facility is kept clean.
I enjoy my workouts there and highly recommend this health club.

InShape Napa is like a second home, not just because it’s a welcoming place with the stuff I need, but because we’ve grown together over the past 8 years. When I’ve lacked strength & motiviation after illness & injury, InShape had the classes, coaching, & camaraderie necessary to return to form. And when I was ready to push my limits, those same resources could be leveraged to match my ambitions. This dynamism is, in large part, because management is committed to seeing us weekly as instructors.
Was the whiteboard blank for the 6th VTL Station because Ari was too busy staffing, stocking, & selling? Nope, she’s coached many of us for 3+ years, knows our individual gaps in fitness, & had 2 (groan-worthy) custom exercises ready for each pair. Should Rosevelt have set out more more weights? Nope, he can immediately identify when one of his Fitters is ready for a challenge & literally puts the (heavy) opportunity to level-up in our hands. And then has us hop on the new Airbike he knew we’d absolutely love/hate.
Day-to-day operations are more than enough to occupy a manager, but the desire to connect with member progress & further our individual goals is what makes Rosevelt & Ari true leaders. It is also how InShape Napa continues to evolve with its most loyal clientele. Every day has countless moving parts but, with management keeping one eye trained on the future, I know there will always be both space to grow & 2 small towels: a home away from home.

My wife at a late age decided is like to learn how to swim, the pools at the Napa fitness center is prefect for us at 3 to 4 feet deep keeps us in our comfort zone thanks Inshap. And just the around professional and polite and knowledgeable staff from Lincoln center to Napa center makes it a memorable experience.
