Their should have staff maintenance on the showers regularly ppl think if they remove the bottles they will get refilled !! They refill the bottles so when they’re empty leave them alone !! So annoying!! The staff at In Shape are friendly and Nice I especially like Samone and Tim always helpful!!

I like all the classes etc but I’m super annoyed that a few times a month (always around 5 pm) the club runs out of towels. Perhaps it’s time to order more?! Or time to move the laundry! Because three times I went for a towel between classes and none were available which means there were no towels for at least an hour (or more!) also, get more body pump clips! The room can hold more, the steps and risers are here. There are also more weights. Now get clips and we’ll all be happy.

What I like about my In-Shape experience is the staff. The front desk employees are extremely friendly. I am always greeted when entering and exiting with a smile. They always go out of their way for me. Also, I go to the Cycling classes and the instructors are off the chart!! Thank you In-Shape for a wonderful experience!!

the workers all all very nice and try to help you any way they can I've made a lotr of great friends they even deliver us some towels because for some reason by the time we are going to the pool for our aqua class there are never any towels left so they have to do that but it won't matter soon as the pool is closing in a week to resurface it for a month they say or longer But no matter what i still love going there 5 days a week and doing the other classes and the machines sorry for the negative part

Lot of options for workouts and have lot of options for learning or playing new sports like tennis , pickle ball . My son loves swimming in the inshape pool they have multiple options there as well , indoor , warm , room temperature , outdoor pools and jacuzzi and the instructors were very sweet and kid friendly
