Sam is an awesome guy. He knew his product line inside and out and was super helpful. I remember dealing with Sam 3 years ago when my autistic son decided it was time to strip his brother's bike and lost some tiny screws. Sam went above and beyond sourcing them for me. When I walked in, Sam recognised me after all this time and helped me to get the right product for my application. Still the same professionalism as way back then. Good work, Sam! It was a pleasure doing business with you!

The service is always prompt. The team at Trek Cannington has been really helpful and knowledgeable in setting me up and helping me choose my ride. There were occasions where I needed them to have a look at my bike for adjustments and installations and I have found them to be really accommodating. Their prices are very competitive. Shout out to the Trek Team in Cannington.
