Superb experience and guidance provided by Will. I actually ordered through a different store as it came to light that I had a relative working elsewhere (that I didn't know when I went into to trial a bike!). There was an issue with the bike on delivery, and Trek Shrewsbury then took charge and have offered an incredible sales experience from start to finish. Will is an asset to Trek & to cycling in Shrewsbury. Thanks!
