I have only great things to say about this tutoring service. They are VERY flexible with their time and days for my child to attend. You can cancel or reschedule your tutoring time if needed just by sending a text. Also very welcoming from the beginning. They helped my child excel in her reading and math subject that were her biggest challenge. Now she in all advanced classes. It’s a work in progress, but best believe you will see results in time.

We enrolled our daughter at Sylvan Learning of Fort Myers at the end of 2024, while she was attending physical school. We then decided to home school her because she was not thriving in regular school. Part of us making that decision was the fact that we saw the commitment of the tutors at Sylvan Learning had and how they would support our daughter tremendously. When our daughter turned 16 we decided to have her going for the GED, so the tutors at Sylvan also helped with that. My daughter got her GED on time to enroll in college to start in August 2026! The transformation has been incredible. The tutors here don't just teach the material; they truly understand how to connect with kids. Caoilfhionn, Director at Sylvan of Fort Myers, has been incredibly patient, knowledgeable, flexible, friendly and supportive to us! She tailored the lessons specifically to our daughter's needs. God bless her and Sylvan Learning and I am thankful they were put on our path. If you are looking for a supportive, professional, and highly effective environment to help your child thrive, I cannot recommend Sylvan Learning of Fort Myers enough! Look no further!

Caoilfhionn, Director, was amazing. She sat with us and answered every question and concern we had. She took her time and never rushed our visit. I truly appreciate how they set a plan according to your child needs and not a one size fits all for students. My child enjoys attending tutoring and is learning.

The entire staff is absolutely amazing. From the director down to the teachers everyone makes learning fun for my 2 kids. The director is helpful and helps me move around my kids tutoring schedule when I need to.

Our son loves going to Sylvan! Doing homework together was always a struggle, but he never complains about going to Sylvan and counts down the days to when he gets to go! The initial assessment gave a very detailed breakdown of where he was at and the skills he was lacking. They had weekly summer themes to further engage the students! We highly recommend!

My daughter is home school and attends tutoring 3 days a week for 2 hours. The staff at Sylvan Learning Center, Fort Myers has made a difference in my daughter's academic life. They are always eager to assist and to meet all her academic needs. I would definitely recommend this center to friends and family!

My granson has been attending Sylvan since October '24. He is going to help him with Language Arts reading. In his short time at Sylvan, I have noticed an improvement in my son's attitude towards homework and ELA in general. Repeating certain areas in reading comprehension has helped him reinforce what he has learned, and I think it has helped tremendously. He loves going to the center and enjoys their reward system. It keeps him focused and excited to continue strengthening his skills where needed.
