Communications on the delivery were good. Team showed up early in the window given. Were friendly and professional. There was an issue with one of the pedestals, which would not articulate. They did everything in their powers to test and fix it. However, they were unsuccessful. The failure of the product delivered, should not reflect on the company delivering it. Great job, would recommend to others.

The driver I had, I think his name was George, was WONDERFUL. I don't know what you pay him but it would never be enough. He went above and beyond call of duty and was kind the whole time. We presented him with far less than optimal conditions for his delivery and he still did it better than expected. While my product was less than optimal, his service was exceptional

EFW kept me well informed so I could easily track the bicycle. When the time came to deliver it, the two technicians responsible for the delivery arrived exactly when they said they would. They carefully unpacked the item, began assembling it and finished quickly. They were very professional, careful and made certain I was satisfied before they had me sign the delivery paper and then left. I was very pleased with the entire process and telephoned EFW and told the representative the same thing I wrote above. Keep up the terrific job!
