Everyone you've sent out to the house (for over 2 decades now) and everyone in your office has been friendly and courteous, very competent, conscientious, and happy to explain things clearly, without fanfare or hype. Your products are reliable and your service is great, so no hard sell is needed. Today was no different. I got two calls from Layne (sp?) to narrow down the arrival time, a solid, efficient softener installation, and an easy-to-understand walkthrough on general use and on programming the smart option. He was friendly, knowledgeable and made sure to answer any questions I had. It's a pleasure to do business with people who take pride in the good work they do and who certainly deserve to do so.
