I don't mind the services however your labour rate is quite high and that would not be well received. when I asked if the fellow had any salt for my softener, he wanted to charge me for a delivered price instead of including that in the call. the labour charge was nearly 200.00 for a half hour service charge.

I like knowing that my drinking water is cleaner, safer, and believe that my family is availing itself of great-tasting water. It's hard to drink water at a restaurant when you're used to the good stuff at home. Also, like the convenience of it in my kitchen instead of having to purchase bottled water for home. Don't get me wrong we still keep some home in case of an emergency and some for outings so we don't leave our favourite travel bottles behind somewhere. Everyone on your team has always been so helpful and respectful when servicing our Culligan system. We so appreciate your services.
