Private small and personal! I don’t feel like I am being judged! I love the personal attention as I would not do it otherwise! Also my father has Alzheimer’s and th eye allow him to come sit in the studio in the corner and watch me. This makes my keeping my health in good shape to take care of him a breeze! As everywhere else would not allow it or charge me or was too big. Also, it is affordable more so than most places as it is a trainer/gym combo! It would actually cost me more to join a full time gym and get an individual trainer option as I would need to pay them for a min of 3 hours a week on top of the gym! So this is a win win!!! Cheers! Also the trainers are top notch!!
