Great customer service. The only thing that I would recommend is that they contact their customers before their contracts expire.

My old tank (1999) was replaced last summer for a newer smaller one. The mechanic was courteous and professional. I appreciate that service is preceded by a call or text notification.

The response to my request for a delivery was prompt. The bill was deposited at my door, so there was no need to stay around to pay. I appreciated the patience of Paraco.
