My husband and I really enjoyed working with Katherine during a very prolonged house hunt. It took searching on and off for nearly 2 years to find the right house for our family. Katherine worked hard to make sure we had the house ready to list as quickly as possible. She gave great advice on how to price the house based on market condtions. She made sure thtat even before we were ready to list the house it was already known to other realtors within the Coldwell Banker family so that they could advise potential buyers of its upcoming availability. She kept me updated concerning what documents the Title Company woul need from me in my role as personal representative for my brother's estate. She was always available to answer my questions. She was very professional at all times and made the process of selling my brother's home as smooth and painless as possible.
