Very patient service from service and warranty team. A very annoying issue with a new Nulane that took several visits back to workshop. Always dealt with pleasantly and with a smile. Eventually the issue was found and Bosch need a bit of a kick up backside but Wheelbase excellent Thank you

Arrived in less than 48 hours nicely packed in recyclable paper. I bought the Endura Singletrack Jacket which I think I like even better than my more expensive MT500. I needed to go up a size as it's a fairly close fit if I want to wear a fleece underneath in the winter.

Found it easy to find what I was looking for, easy to order online and very quickly sent by Wheelbase, but its a pity the Royal Mail weren't as efficient as Wheelbase, with a 24 hr delivery taking 48 hrs even though email from Royal Mail said they were delivering in 24hrs

The mechanics I have met were friendly and helpful. Videos were good while I waited I was impressed by the Downhill team video. Didn't know Wheelbase had a team. Where is the women's team video?
