I have never been able to stick to an exercise regimen on my own. Since starting with the Exercise Coach, I have not missed a session in a year. My Coach, Jesse Kubala keeps me motivated and I actually enjoy going. The location is great and usually no more than one other person there which makes it feel personal. Highly recommend. It is pricey though!!
