Clayton and Emmy Roggy are always available and did all they could to make everything easier for us. We have done multiple transactions with Roggy Realestate and whether we have been on the buying or a selling side, they have been extremely helpful. This was not our first transaction with Roggy Real Estate and it won't be our last! We have had great success working from out of state on purchasing investment properties, remodeling, and listing properties with Clay and Emmy. They were available at a moment’s notice to show properties and were knowledgeable in the ways to guide us in ways to compete in this busy, low inventory market. They took the time to explain and walk us through the different changes in documents and inspections as well as being available to facilitate all needs with construction and remodeling at the property site. They have a reliable network of contractors in all the various areas as well as a network within the Coldwell Banker family for questions and guidance. We appreciated that Clay and Emmy were accessible to meet while using technology to allow us to communicate in current time with contractors. We enjoy being a part of creating a “Home Sweet Home” in Albuquerque and the surrounding area but could never have done this without Roggy Real Estate and the unique talents of this husband and wife team. Clay was professional and helpful every step of the way to our finding a new home! He was patient and understanding when it came to our decision. Clay was also very knowledgeable about which ever home we were looking at, showing he did the correct research on the home before we arrived. Also, if he was unsure of the answer to a question, he was sure to contact someone who would know the answer. We would definitely recommend him to friends and family and if the need arises, use him again in the future for selling/buying.
