Clean facilities, equipment is well-taken care of and always working, plus there’s great amenities. My kids also love Kids Club which is great because, as a mom with two little ones, it’s tough to have “me time” and workout, but the Kids Club has been so helpful with that.

I have been coming here for 10yrs now..and I travel alot work in different states..and go to different gyms..but none can compare to this gym this location..i feel at home when I show up and walk through those doors..its very clean and has everything a person needs..from gym equipment to pool to sauna and steam room..but what i truly enjoy the most is when I am called by my first name and a great to see you..and I just want to say ESME..always does..she is the morning worker and always smiling and happy ..like she enjoys being there..she is there early to make sure everything is moving smooth especially with the coffee..but when I feel like not being there..i see her smiling and saying hi..makes me stop complaining and getting to working out..please recognize ESME..for all she does..Thank You.

One of the best gyms here in town. Everyone is so sweet and always so helpful and friendly. Gavin is always super cool to talk to and always engaging with guests that walk in! Angie is the best too she’s always got a fun spirit and is always asking how everyone is doing which creates such a welcoming environment!

Great facility with many fitness class options. Clean facility with excellent representatives greeting clients and answering questions. Towel service is also a great perk to include the recovery amenities available to clients after a workout to assist in recovery. Would like to see heavier Pro kettlebells selection at the gym. This is hands down the best gym I have ever been a part of. The staff is fantastic...friendly, helpful and always on top of keeping things clean and organized. The gym is always clean and In-Shape does a great job of keeping equipment working. There are classes for everyone no matter your fitness level. The trainers on site are great as well. There is equipment for everyone and I haven't had to wait very long to use a certain piece of equipment even when it's busy. The people who attend this gym are good about wiping down the equipment for the next person. I've made friends at this gym! I can't say enough good things about this gym.
