Gym is clean and employees at front desk are always pleasant. I enjoy the Zumba classes Silver Sneskers classes. Instructors for those classes are great.

ZUMBA! Oswell California Calloway Coffee rd I go to all these clubs because Bianca teaches ZUMBA class at these locations. And I am not the only one who does this. In my opinion she is an absolute professional on the way she conducts her zumba class. I always promote InShape and the zumba classes . Inshape needs to give Bianca a raise.

It’s Large with lots of equipment and high ceiling. Also, it has many classes for variety of tastes. I wished they would add a line dancing class too. In another Inshape gym in town line dancing is part of the program and it’s getting popular.

I’m with In-Shape as a customer long time….. I use to go to Buena Vista branch and recently I started to go to white lane side . All branches are very nice and well maintained. Only I feel there is little darkness and needs more light .
