In-Shape is a wonderful place to workout. A great variety of equipment and friendly helpful staff. The only thing that would be nice is to reverse the former circuit machines and face the televisions. Happy to be a member. I recommend In-Shape to everyone I meet who does not work out or have a gym membership.

I chose 10 out of 10 because of the dedicated efforts from management and the staff to maintain a family-oriented atmosphere. The ongoing improvements and positive changes at the gym are very noticeable, and everything looks exceptional. Outstanding customer service and member care!"
