In shape is a great place to work out they have all the work out machines that you can think of. The classes are great and easy to follow along and if you need that extra push the instructors will be there to give you thay push you need to keep going. All the staff is friendly and reliable . I would totally recommend this gym to any one I even started taking my best friend there too and she loves it as well and even got a membership!
