I liked how calm the pool was (smaller so less crowded than March lane). I also liked the locker rooms and not needing a padlock. The showers were nicer too.

I returned to the gym yesterday because I received a notification from IS that my membership would be dropped if I did not participate by a certain date. I loved returning, like a didn’t miss a beat. My right knee, foot and hip has some health issues that I’m still dealing with. Getting a little better, but slow process. I love IS always. Mary Alt

I love the classes Inshape offers. The management staff are very helpful and friendly. I have many friends in Zumba classes which is the one thing Hammerlane Inshape foster, great family and friendship atmosphere.
