It was my first time at this location and really enjoyed it. There were plenty of open machines, locker rooms/showers were clean and well maintained. I also liked the quieter space upstairs for dumbell exercises with a bench.

Overall, I love In-Shape. However, Woodland is Small so limited classes are offered and there is no smoothie bar. Personally, I don’t mind the smaller club. Woodland is also nice because of the indoor pool and indoor hot tub.

I love the indoor pool and the reservation system. I also like that there are free (unreserved times) daily also. I take advantage of both. Your front desk people always great me with a smile and wish me well as I leave. Mike, pool maintenance person, asks how the temperature is and is conscientious about keeping the area clean

Marcos was the person I met at the front desk, answered my questions about joining In-Shape and he enrolled me the day I came in. He made it quick and easy to do. He’s very courteous, knowledgeable and understanding. He makes you already feel like you’re at home away from home. I always appreciate being greeted no matter of the time it is that I go there most the time it’s between 430 and 6 AM. My health issues at the time I currently use the pool to do walking and exercises in the water on my own. To suggestions I’d like to make. In the changing rooms in the women’s locker room room area is to put a handle that’s attached to the wall as they do have a hard time walking and that would give me more support to hold onto something, while trying to stand back up from sitting down and getting dressed. Secondly, I really like that. There’s a shower for handicap and door disabled that has a chair in there like a water accessible chair. There is a bench type thing near the shower to sit on, but I’m not too sure of the steadiness of it cause it’s got metal legs and they don’t look like they stand evenly. I am a larger woman and I don’t wanna fall. Thirdly, if a shower chair could be put in another shower even though it’s smaller and I get it that way if the larger shower is busy, I’ve had to sit and wait cause I needed that shower because of the chair in the convenience with the handrails on it. Otherwise I’m so very happy that I have decided to join In-Shape.
