Good experience, the gym has a wide variety of equipment and amenities to use to keep my health and fitness A1. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I also enjoy the affordability, especially compared to the other gyms in the area.

The staff have been helpful. A more recent problem is the musty smell near the racket ball courts; I’m wondering if the HVAC filters need changing. Thanks

In-Shape Monterey is easily one of the best gyms in the Monterey region. They have an incredible variety of equipment for bodybuilding, athletic training, cardio, and pretty much anything else you could want from a gym. I’ve only attended the yoga classes so far, but they’ve been excellent, very relaxing and great for stretching, mobility, and recovery. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and they also offer a childcare center, which is a great convenience for parents. The full-size pool and sauna are another huge plus. Not many gyms carry these features. Price is right and the amenities make it easily recommendable.
