In the case of In-Shape, the Mooney Blvd. facility in Visalia, you will not find any higher level of excellence in customer service provided You are warmly and personally greeted upon arrival and given a kind farewell as you depart. Physical workouts aside, the staff is a true joy, that not only provides a great gym facility but also the warmth of family. They are constantly on top of all maintenance needs for equipment and facility alike, providing the best of the industry. The lay out is excellent. Maintenance seems to happen quickly. Good selection of classes. But, the availability of towels could be better. Three Saturdays in a row I should have brought my own towel to shower. The staff is great and the equipment is in good shape. I’m not dissatisfied.

The instructors in the Zumba, aqua fit, and body pump classes are awesome. I really love doing the 45-minute version of the body pump. I also enjoyed taking the chair yoga class that was offered recently.
