I enjoy this club, the morning crew is who I always see Ezra, Allen, Levi, Chris and there’s a newer guy at the front whom I forgot his name are all great. Levi and Chris are extremely quick in their response times to cleaning up any mess in the group fitness and cycling rooms. I appreciate their immediate help to clean up any mess. I appreciate the morning staff. Allen is the master smoothie maker and I always have good conversations with him. Great morning crew.

I've been going to In Shape, I believe for 14 years, and I feel it has helped me to stay strong and healthy by first enrolling in their Zumba and Pilates classes. Later on, when I stopped going to those classes I did use many of the gym work out equipment and felt more energized. Going to the gym regularly made me met some people that I became friends with. In Shape has become my second home. The staff are very nice and friendly. They also give you some perks where you earn points and exchange it for some gym clothing with discount, healthy smoothie, and sweepstakes contest and giveaways. Hopefully, one day, I will win one of those sweepstakes' drawings!

Very clean I noticed employees always stay busy cleaning wiping down equipment cleaning restrooms and everyone at the front desk is very friendly and always have time when you ask them a question you could tell they have a good management team it always starts at the top

I use the pool every other day. I usually have no problem reserving the ADA lane for an hour in the afternoon. The pool mornings are usually reserved for exercise classes. Because I am elderly with hip replacements and need to use weights and a noodle to do my lap exercises, it is especially nice to have those available there so that I don't have to bring my own. I receive my membership through my Kaiser health plan, so that is a real plus.
