The vibe inside is very very chill, lots of machines to workout with, spacious locker rooms, very clean and i don’t have kids but the kids center looks to be really convenient for parents. I love this location specifically because because there’s a store and Jamba right next door to get my drinks after my workout.

Tammi Ross is an amazing Zumba instructor. I come to the gym because of her wonderful teaching. Please turn the heat down in the studio class room. It is heated to 72, which is too warm for exercising. Thank you

I was delighted with In-Shape Salinas Northeast! It was my first visit(I’m an enthusiastic member of Capitola In Shape). I wanted to find my favorite teacher David who used to teach step classes in Capitola. I surprised him and it was a wonderful line dancing class. I was extremely impressed with the gym- very friendly, helpful staff and people working out!

I appreciate the variety of equipment and weights. I also like to sometimes use the circuit system when I don't have time for a full workout.
