I like everything. I do some group classes, the weight circuit, swim and the steam room. 1 thing that would be nice is a sign on the steam room Please no cell phones being used and Please dont put flavored oils in the steam not everyone likes them and they can irritate others sinuses also the music and the conversations on there phones not everyone needs to hear or likes. Appreciation and Suggestion for Facility Improvements: Dear In-Shape Team, I hope you are all doing well. First and foremost, I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the improvements you have made to the facilities, especially the installation of the new Elkay EZSTLDDWSLK water fountain. The water is now refreshingly cool, and this upgrade is greatly appreciated. I would also like to recognize the excellent cleanliness and maintenance of the facilities, as well as the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, who consistently contribute to creating a welcoming and pleasant environment for gym members. Although the sauna is currently out of service, I truly appreciate the opportunity you have provided us to use the In-Shape North Main location as an alternative. Lastly, I would like to share a small suggestion for future improvements. It would be wonderful to consider installing a few additional Korean-style showers with a modern and elegant design. I believe this type of upgrade could add a more sophisticated touch to the facilities and further enhance the overall experience for members.
