I love how friendly the staff are! And the amenities are awesome too! I originally came from planet fitness, but I’m so glad I switched to inshape! I’m excited about the class choices as well!

The professionalism of the staff, the friendliness of the members, the pool (while the water was way too cold, it is a nice size pool).

I like the classes and my instructors. The machines are great too. But better scheduling for the pool needs to be monitored better. I schedule my 30 minutes, and several people are always in my lane with me.
