Very polite and good work. The only criticism is that I have robust the same rate whether I want a shampoo or no. Initially don’t like a shampoo. So probably will not be back. Too pricey.

My son Weston is 10. We have gone to Tommy guns and various other barber shops for a few years now. He told me last night this was his favourite haircut yet. The barber took time to actually listen to me (mom) and also Weston directly in then consult and provided such a great cut and actually addressed our area of usual concern (a crown where hair sticks up). The barber explained what he did and how it’ll correct that area and our concern. He showed my son how to style his hair himself which at his age, is much better coming from you than mom. I was truly blown away. As a former hairstylist myself, the level of knowledge, care, communication and friendliness was outstanding. I am so glad I had the opportunity to provide this feedback. He never had my son or I feeling less than special even though it was a less expensive kids cut. That young man is a true asset to your shop, I hope he gets the recognition he deserves! Looking forward to hopefully getting more haircuts for my son by you soon
