Evan was as friendly, knowledgeable, and professional as one could hope for. I brought my unrideable bike in with the expectation of leaving it for a few days and forking out a chunk of money. It turned out to be a simple fix, and I rode the bike home less than an hour after bringing it in. I've had mostly good experiences at various bike shops over the years, but this experience was a cut above.

I can’t say enough about how attentive and responsible the staff at Trek Stuy Town have been over the years. Every time I walk into the store, I see a mix of new customers with different needs, and it stands out how hard the team works to help everyone out whether it's delivery people that sometimes don't speak English, to elderly single speed cyclists, or the many many kids with their bikes. They are always there for the greater NYC community, and being able to build a relationship wiht the shop has personally helped me immensely in my cycling journey.
