Excellent customer service! I had a great experience purchasing parts for my bicycle. The staff was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and took the time to provide me with all the information I needed to make sure I was getting the right parts. The attention, communication, and overall service were outstanding from start to finish. They made the entire process easy and enjoyable. I truly appreciate the professionalism and the way they treated me as a customer. 10/10 service! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for bicycle parts and excellent customer care. I like my Trek bikes. Super quality. I got the mirror designed to go into my handgrip the other day. The screws were SO tight I could not get them to tighten correctly. I had to get vice grips to hold the part while trying to turn the screw. Same thing with all three screws. Then I lost grip and dropped the mirror and it shattered. I was surprised it even broke! I mean its for a bike... come on - it should be a shatter proof or at least resistant material....! I think the fault of the store is that they obviously never put one of these on a bike, otherwise they would have told me this has to be installed there at the bike shop.

You have super good people working there. also they do excellent mechanical work and if you need your bike repaired or something as simple as a flat fixed, they got it covered. additionally, the store is absolutely beautiful as well as being conveniently locate. I have purchased several bikes from this store and have always been greeted politely and treated with courtesy. And I appreciate that. Thank you, Ken Dorn

We have two Trek Verb 2's step through bikes. We have them serviced along with a few flat tires at Trek Ventura, ca. The employees there are beyond helpful and pleasant. Always good to go there even if it's for a flat tire.
